We are a team. We will work together to identify your
goals and to plan a way to achieve them. I will not
nag you. My goal is to help you make use of your abilities
and strengths so that you feel drawn into accomplishing
things instead of pressured into doing them.
Your sessions could focus on an upcoming complex project,
stressful issues you face, or maybe some “small”
everyday thing that constantly nags at you. Each session,
we’ll take some time to review what you’ve
achieved since our previous meeting — recognizing
your accomplishments and collaborating on alternate
ways of approaching your more elusive tasks —
before driving further towards meeting your underlying
goals.
Sessions usually take place once a week, and last 45
minutes each. Between sessions you are welcome to email
me to let me know how something went or for support;
you are also welcome to call me for a brief consultation.
Sessions usually take place over the phone, but I am
also available to work with you in your home or office.
