Just Plain Disorganized?

It’s not ADHD — at least you don’t think so — but boy do you have those ADHD moments. Life can be so overwhelming. You look around you and everyone else seems to manage all of their “to-dos” so efficiently. Everyone else always seems to run on time. Everyone else seems to be able to start and actually finish a task. Do these examples sound familiar?

  • Your friend tells you to be at the restaurant 15 minutes before your reservation. He knows you are NEVER on time.

  • You have lots of loose ends that you just can’t tie up. There are so many competing priorities -- what should you do first? They all need to be done NOW!

  • No matter how many different systems you have tried, you just can’t seem to get and stay organized.

  • Paying bills is an ordeal! You have to search through stacks of paper in every room of your home. You often pay late, and even if you do write your checks on-time, it doesn't mean that it will be mailed on-time!

  • Your kids seem to be just like you. They are always late, don’t set priorities don’t complete tasks and their rooms are disaster zones.... but in the back of your mind you understand what is going on…they are following your example to a “T”.

These are all very real examples of how disorganization can affect your life. There are solutions. By learning how you work best you can gain the upper hand on your overwhelming life.

I can help you discover these ways. I can work with you in an understanding and insightful manner to help you discover and use your strengths so that you can control your life and reach your goals.
